Pick an inanimate object from everyday life and write from the perspective of said object. What is its history? What does it feel, think? How might it interact with other objects around it?

Prompt for those of us who appreciate music! Pick a piece of musical literature and write while inspired by said work. Bonus points if it is a non-vocal piece or a piece with no previously indicated story. Extra bonus points if you use non-auditory devices, such as visual, touch, taste, smell. If you aren’t that musical of a person, or find more inspiration from this, pick a work of art to write about instead. Bonus points if you don’t use visual devices.

Describe something or someone without ever using their name. Bonus points if other members can guess the object or creature or person in the comments of your piece. Extra bonus points if you don’t use super specific phrases. Ex. (when describing trees…don’t use words like “branches”, “bark”, “roots”, “leaves”, be creative)

Write your very own episode of "the Twilight Zone" (the original series, not the new one of course). Poetry, short story, script, all accepted.
