Self Doubt
We all judge ourselves more than anyone else because we are there for every mistake we ever make.
That makes it hard to look at yourself as a good person, with humans being so quick to judge. Yet, we are there for every kind, helpful, generous, and honest thing we do too- and we don't even care.
Let's fix that.
