The ones in the movies and books
I watch movies sometimes.
I also occasionally read a book.
The ones in the books and movies fill me with motivation.
I want to be a warrior.
I want to be a teacher.
I want to be a secret agent.
I want to be an athlete.
I want to be an author.
I want to be an artist.
I want to be like them.
Indirect Inspiration
There are lots of people in my life who directly inspire me. My Grandma inspired me to college, my great aunt inspired me to go to college, a really good friend and mentor inspired me to not let certain people in my life affect my future. All these people and tons more have been a great inspiration in my life. We all have mentors, family, and friends that directly inspire us everyday, whether on purpose or accident, with an action and words, it happens all the time. What about those people who indirectly inspire us though? Those people that you don't really know, your role model celebrity, a motivational speaker, an author, or maybe an athlete. They are people who don't personally know us, but some have the goal of motivating and inspiring their fans. These are the people we forget about, the ones that don't directly inspire us. Of course they wouldn't know that we have acknowledged them. They don't know us, they don't follow us on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram. But most of them have a goal and that is to be an inspiration and role model.
So after that long "rant", I'm not going to say who inspires me out of the people I know personally, I'm going to give credit to one person who has inspired me to stick through the tough times even when things weren't going great for me. She did this just through making music to share with her fans. Her own personal experiences helped me get through some of my own and her fight for herself encouraged me to "Stay Strong" even when I though that I couldn't. Demi Lovato has help me see that I should be confident with myself, no matter how I look and what kind of personality I have. I am no longer afraid of who I am or who I could become if I tried just a little harder.
Inspiration
It's hard to tag or show the ones
who've had influence profound,
The guys who have inspired me
Are sadly no longer around.
First we're going to start with who?
The master of rhyme!
I'd introduce Dr. Seuss but
If you don't know him then you're blind.
His books have been there with me
Since I was just a child
Now I'll read them secretly
When I feel a little wild.
Another heavy influence
on the poems that I make
Is none other than the classic
beloved poet, William Blake
People thought he was nuts
when he was alive
If not for the Tyger,
I don't think I'd have much drive.
Writing inspiration comes from
many other sources too
But my poems get their influence from William Blake and Dr Seuss.
My mother
My mother inspires me, she has not had a good life, however she was and still is the best mother anyone could ask for. She is 82 years old now, frail and weighs nearly nothing at all but her presence is colossal.
I have become the best that I can be, all because of her. Now I give my all to my daughter and grandson because my mother gave her all to my sisters and me. She taught me to be a good mother, she taught me to be a good person, I am proud of myself due to her.
No matter what life has thrown at me (and it has thrown a lot) I managed to come through it smiling and feeling blessed. I could have given up, committed suicide, but because I had my mother’s support and love, I survived.
So she is the person who inspires me the most.
2nd to her is Buddha, his words.
This proves just how wise and wonderful I think she is.

Beautifully Kind
She walks as if everyone has their eyes glued to her when no one is around.
Her head is up high without her nose being in the air.
The smell of elegance lingers every time she heads to her next destination.
Complements are giving to almost anyone that comes across her path.
Confidence beams from her both internal and external she has an amazing glow.
Being admired is not her goal, she is more concerned with being a beautiful soul.
Mom
You always look so strong. I thought that you were superwoman, that you could do anything. When I was little, you were a road map, a doer, a broken cookie eater, a magnificent remedy that could make all the troubles of the world go away. I still believe all those things, but I know know that behind that rock solid veneer lies a sweet vulnerability. I always leaned on you for help and you asked nothing in return, but now I understand that you sometimes need someone to eat your broken cookies, to hold your hand, to be a friend when you need it most. I hope I can rise to that challenge and be that someone. Everyone always asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up, and I never had an answer for them, but now I do. I would point at you, with all your strength and grace and kindness, and say, when I grow up, I want to be just like her.
You Are Alive
You surround us with your beauty. But we take it for granted. You offer up your body. We take without asking. I walk into your home and sit on the forest floor littered with leaves. I lean my back against your trunk and can feel the sadness and the dread as you regret giving us the supplies we need. Not knowing that we were going to abuse it. I can feel your silence and I am here to listen. I know you are alive and I will be here to embrace your pain with you. I look around and notice all the trees around you, all of your friends have been murdered. Cut down needed for wood or paper. You gave us oxygen! You gave us homes! Yet we take advantage of you and your family. I will be here for you because I now know that you are alive.
My Inspiration
My father, who taught me how to me a real man.
My mother, who taught me how to love.
My wife, who loves me in spite of myself.
My children, who are becoming better men than me.
My grandfather, who taught me about life.
My grandmother, who showed me what true sacrifice is.
My sister, who has always tried to take care of me.
My brother, who has always believed in me.
My God, who has tied us all together.
