the blinding darkness
when darknesss comes
I cannot see you
only my memories of you remain
as I bring you with me across my dreams
when light enters
I wake up to a nightmare
where you are not even here
non-existent
the darkness blinds me once again . . .
That Smile
your smile would have saved precious lives if not altered into a frown,
my life
gravity
rain drops trickle down the glass window
twisting, turning, twining
showing their greatest vulnerabilty
drowning amongst others
its weight grasping onto gravity
sinking
beneath the existence of humanity

Why are

so significant
in poems,
while all the rest that has been on my mind just neglected?
and yet, I still write about

Summery Thoughts
My glassed window panes
seperate the scorching heat
from my summer thoughts

Crossing the Bridge
the dense clouds circled around me,
the glistening waters watched me,
the other side waited for me
I crossed the bridge
that used to border my soul
it freed me
leaving nothing, but peace . . .

The creature’s tentacle twirled once again, springing back to life. The living soul bursted high above the Earth’s crust like a champagne bottle on New Year’s Eve. And despite reaching its designated ground with an apparent easy burst, this creature was imprisoned below the planet’s cores for years and years, 16 years to be exact. It was truly a celebration of the ages, as the creature stretched it’s jelly-like substance.
a golden blur
I wake up to see
the slightest blur of golden
sunshine streaming in

let’s not fall in love
Let's not fall in love
because the universe doesn't say so
I don't want
my heart to be broken by you
I never thought...
I never thought
for even just one moment
that life would meet death
Their ends finally touching
and their souls slowly diminishing
the universe that I used to live in
fading,
living seemed like dying
