Alright, so here's the challenge. Take your oldest piece here on prose, blow the dust from it, polish it and give it another life. Show us what you started with here. You can refresh, change its length, or simply edit your work a bit (especially if it has been years since anyone had a chance to see it) or just leave it as it is because for you it's perfect. And tag me so I can see your entry ;) Ps. I will join in as well
Q & A for a self-published author
I have a friend who is a self published author, through KDP. I am thinking of interviewing her, if I do, what are some questions you would like me to ask? I will provide a post with links to her books and Amazon profile so anyone can go and read her books. Anyone who enters will be tagged (if/when) I post the Q&A for her.
That moment that your life changed.
I would like to see this challenge have 2 vantages points. You may write with #1 OR #2 as your perspective. True stories only. 1. Something that changed your life in a significant way WITHOUT any reference to how you changed. OR 2. How you changed after a significant moment or event WITHOUT any reference to the change agent.
Who is a poet
Write whatever you feel about it. What makes one a poet/writer and what all challenges he/she goes through.See you don't really have to go through the question part, I mean just describe your feelings on being one and your thoughts on this. Tag me, I will read all as usual :)
Who are you trying to be as a writer?
What I mean by this is who are you when you write? Is your writing from you, or is your writing often compared to other writers. Is your writing(s) going to be remembered as you or compared to other talent writers?
Grammar Party Poopers
Grammar feels like a language within a language. Am I the only one who feels that way? What's your least favorite grammar rule? Do you have a favorite rule? Is having a favorite writing rule complete nonsense? What are your thoughts on grammar (in any language -- not just English)? Any format, any length. One rule: have fun. Tag me if you want a reaction. :)
