I have been sailing

to you

my light

I sailed through time and space

I traveled the galaxy

and swam in the deep waters

of your heart

drifting in the warm sea's

surrounded by the nightly sky

a million and one stars

dotted like an expanding map

to guide me on my way

to the future

of our days spend together

your radiance my compass

through the dark paths of the universe

I traveled a lot

and saw even more

yet still, I don't know

I don't even possess

the tiniest clue

Do you know this truth, my starlight ?

Can you really guess ?

for I have the knowledge

that suppresses the time

and starts with a bang

that disrupted the sky

dark matter

and planets aligning as one

a fusion of life

the start of mankind

and the mighty elements

that control our lives

all that and I still don't know

but you can tell me, my Aurora

with your colors bright

please spare me a while

and whisper the answer softly

if ever you should be so kind
