If you sing to the mermaids,
They will come to you when you’re drowning.
They will everything they can,
To save you.
If you sing to them,
They will find a way to bring you to the shore,
Or to make you one of them.
They will save you from death.
But what they consider redemption,
Might not be what you thought.
They might drag you living,
To Hell.
