Insignificant

People have called me depressing

Because I speak the truth.

We all die.

Every day is the same.

We are insignificant.

If there’s a bright side,

Why is it always dark?

Why do I want to live in my head?

Because I am bored with life,

And we aren't worth anything anyway.

So why do we cling to life?

Maybe my heart is empty.

Maybe my mind is alone.
