Embrace
First touch
Flesh to flesh
Feels like forever
And forever fresh
But time to lose
That first touch
So much to learn
And it's just too much
Alone in a corner
Is better spying the other
Tough love of a father
The distant one of a mother
Then long for the embrace
of a loved stranger
A face in the crowd
Deemed safe of any danger
Flesh to flesh
Again, a maritime marshmellow
It makes no sense
Yet has sense to follow
And lend embrace
To the ones to come
To think what's lost
And have hugs done
Then embrace less
There needs to be a thought
There needs to be love
There needs to be desire fought
An embrace needs to happen
Fueled with desire and free will
Words spoken will not deliver
An embrace will
