All kinds of wrong
I have always believed that concepts like nature, people, time, humanity and so many others I can't remember at the moment, have physical and metaphysical manifestations.
Physically,
Humans corrupt nature. How could it possibly be the other way around? You don't see the sky spilling oil all over us. Aside from thunder, there is pretty much little noise that comes from up there. I don't see the land picking it's little, big, dangerous wastes and laying them unapologetically on the bed I lay. Nature keeps saving us even as we let it die.
Metaphysically,
well, poverty, hurt, pain, disease, pandemics, disasters, the corrupt little mindful and mindless actions we call 'human nature', that's nature too. We can't touch it. And we pretty much have no say in what it does to us. It's nature by being predetermined, uncontrollable. It corrupts us, makes us do things we wouldn't normally do. Some poor steal, mentally ills kill, some diseased unsympathetic, the locked down engage in fraud and sexual immorality.
I might be wrong. It's in my nature to be.
