Hiking Part 2
I’m back. It didn't take long for my heart to guide me back where I needed it.
Being here helps me feel grounded. It takes all my anxieties and worries away in just one setting.
I hiked the same trail and went to a few places that I missed last time.
I sat down, reflected, mediated and took a few minutes to soak in this moment.
the moment of grounding. The moment where I feel present with reality. All of this junk I carry inside my heart is overwhelming and overbearing.
it is entirely too much to take in.
so I laid those burdens down for a few hours. Planted my feet on the ground and listened to the trees, birds and nature do it’s thing.
it took me out of my worries and made me think how precious and big life is. It is too big to worry on what is going on. Take a moment, go out in nature and feel what is really important. Your heart beat. your feet planted on the soil. Breathe.
