Do what you can
I’m starting to get this whole new attitude of saying F it to the things that drag my energy down, the insane amount of unfinished work that’s sitting on my desk, the pile of clothes sitting on my floor. To people pleasing and trying to make every event to make people happy. Do what you can sis.
Cant finish what you started when you started your day today? Still have unfinished work files piled on your desk? Do what you can. Don’t stress over it.
the house is a mess, dishes piled up, clothes on the floor, or if you are in my position- haven’t touched a single box that is unpacked from moving months ago? Do what you can.
So freaking exhausted that even getting out of bed is a chore? do what you can. You woke up. That’s all that matters. You moved today. That’s all that matters. Do what you can sis.
Don‘t force yourself to handle and do it all at once. Trust me. It’s heavy to carry and it’s not meant for you to carry.
So if all you did was breathe today, that’s ok. Do..What..You..Can..
Your mental health is far more important than your career, money, other people’s opinions, that event you’d say you go to, your family’s mood and wishes. If taking care of yourself means you are letting someone down. Then let. Them. Down.
Do what you can, the rest will follow and hopefully fall into place.
