Always Moving

I think I can feel it,

the speed of everything.

How fast-paced this world has become,

where you are scrutinized

for looking back.

Looking back is death

and only leads to heartache.

I never noticed how busy we are,

too quick to notice the small things.

Because if we slow down,

we feel everything.

And we can't have that.

So keep moving,

always moving,

never stop.
