No Hate Like Christian Love
My childhood best friend
was Christian. At the time,
I thought I was too.
But now, she uses her religion
as an excuse for her hate.
And queer people
have loved
and accepted me
more than any Christians that I've ever known.
I know which community I feel safest with.
