Write interesting dialogue that takes place in an ordinary day (think your day at work). I don't want any interesting event going on. It has to be pretty normal. The dialogue itself doesn't have to be normal, but it should be about something fairly normal. The piece does not have to be all dialogue, but most of it should. Remember, it's the dialogue that's meant to carry the piece. No poetry. No gimmicks. Just good dialogue.
