It’s All Revolution
And if we have to burn down their houses
If we have to ransack the enter place
Will that not be a suitable price?
For all the suffering we’ve endured
The names we’ve been called
The torture, the dismissal,
Should they not have to pay?
If we riot in the streets
Will they still ignore our screams?
Or will it end the same either way?
What is the price of justice
That we should already have?
What is the price of the self-evident human rights?
We cry revolution, they wax nostalgic of the past.
We make demands and they answer with laughs.
It’s clear their hearts can’t be moved so
What else is the solution?
How can we find peace with people unable to listen?
No, it’s time for change and it’s time for us.
