Gossip Girl

"They went away together after the party."

One rumor spread, he believed him not her. 

Him- the guy who always hated that his brother invested some of a time into being with "that hoe" 

She didn't know what to say. 

"Are you kidding?" 

She felt insulted, didn't want to believe that he didn't trust her.

Both were to proud to talk, both were to hurt to talk. 

The rumor spread. 

He was the poor guy betrayed by her. 

She was the slut that would never be content with just one guy.Everyone was talking.

Both were walking through the hallway, looking down. Avoiding eye contact. 

As the looked up their eyes met inmediatly. 

All the hurt, pain, good memories, bad memories, the now lost love. You could see it in their faces.

Suddenly a sick feeling settled in his stomach. He caused two people pain because he was too selfish. 

He told one lie and everyone was running around telling gossip , hurting his best friend and his girl even more. 

He realized, the  only reason for gossip is not wanting to acknowledge your own misery so  you enjoy other's.
