Space Waltz
They were dancing,
In a galaxy,
And he was glancing,
Just at her.
Among all the stars,
He would only see,
Her smile so bright,
His heart would stir.
She watched the constellations,
Eyes glinting blindingly,
And the whole time,
His gaze would only linger.
She thought it all so magical,
Laughed dazzlingly,
Didn't know he saw the universe,
Reflected just in her.
At her touch his heart would thump,
So violently,
He'd swoon when she asked,
To dance once more.
And through the stars,
He'd twirl her repeatedly,
Amazed at how his special star,
Remained still so obscure.
She was all his galaxies,
His memories,
His fantasies,
And more.
