A Free Man
My God
We are living in a world like a checkers game,
Where men are hungry for the highest fame.
Like crabs in a barrel, they quarrel,
For titles and names,
Oh what a shame,
Of a world I'm living in and giving in,
Til the battle came,
Of Elites vs. Human Rights,
Such an issue could have never been settled
Til we king him and queen her,
Like yes mam and yes sir,
A position where I once were.
But I'm done being the blind sheep that sleeps,
I awoke and spoke
But the herd ain't heard,
So I climb to the summit,
Tryna' peek heaven not a cult,
I gain so much knowledge to revolt.
Like King Kong, I'm a stay strong,
Class in session, burn the slave lesson.
This is my confession, to young and old.
I'm against oppression on a whole.
I'm a free man that's what I've been told.
My home is Earth, although it's been sold,
For what it's worth, Imma' be gold,
Imma' be bold, I can't be put on hold.
You better understand, because I am a Man; A Free Man.
