Line ’em Up: “The Character Sketch”
Vertilline Paige was proud of her full five feet of height. She was neither thin nor fat. Her dirty blond hair was cut short, and kept in a pony tail. Her welding goggles, seemingly stuck permanently to her head, hid deep brown eyes. Vertilline had incredible strength considering her small build. This was probably due to her working in the Mech shop since she was five.

Arvin Cob was painfully thin. He appeared even more thin because he was tall. His eyes where deep set and brilliantly green. They somewhat resembled emeralds. His jaw line was fairly square, and he had a small mouth. This gave his face a somewhat pinched expression. However, when he smiled, and he did quite often, his face would light up and shine brightly at whom ever was the recipient of his smile.

John Baider was big. His nose was big, his eyes were big, his mouth was wide. He was a big man. He had a huge muscular right arm. His left arm had been amputated at the shoulder and was replaced with a fully functional steam powered hydraulic arm, nicknamed "the crusher". His soft gray eyes were a weird contrast to his rough, slightly scared, face.

General Irwin Riggs was a sight to behold. His black trench coat and shiny top hat cut his figure out of the fog with a terrifying clarity. A double canister gas mask hid his mouth while an eye patch did the same to his right eye. His left eye was a shocking blue. His brown leather boots crunched through the debris of war as slowly walked forward. He raised a sword drawn from his walking cane.

Prof. Curtis Troup looked up from where he sat. He was a plump fellow with frazzled white hair on his head and face. When standing, his shoulders drooped and his head hung a little forward. He always wore a vest and with his trusty pocket watch at hand. He couldn't have cared less about the time, but he loved the mechanics of the watch.
