Child’s verdict to God

I'm a guest as living being,

& you are in charge of my well being.

Had just opened,  the book of life,

& rains of exams came pouring by...

I don't like to read or write,

To be honest,  am not very bright.

But no one listens,  even if I deny.

Homework, exams, projects. ...

All I'm suppose to qualify.

Asked Pa to increase my allowence,

After all I go to school, like growing man.

Having girlfriend, maintenance is high.

He doesn't understand,  though I cry.

Temper tantrums all I have tried.

You are my last hope, Oh Majesty

I know God,  you are damn busy

atleast  send your angel pretty,

to tell dad, increase my pocket money.

Didn't you get my letter,  Oh Lord

don't be stingy, am not asking Ford.

My problems do not end here,

Mumma is sometimes difficult to bear.

She called me,

While I was playing peek-a-boo

She called again

Which I dint respond to.

She got angry & yelled my name

I had to finally respond in vain.

Goddd she doesn't let me play

Over that,  I get 'no say'.

Please tell her to calm down,

Kids need to play around.

Other day I was late to class,

Teacher gwaked me through her glass.

I was not given chance of testimony,

Going to school is no jam & honey.

Soo many rules, so many restrictions

As a child,  I get no jurisdiction.

I'm the victim of injustice

Settle my case,  your Majesty.

Where am I suppose to file my plea,

In your court,  you are guilty.

My prayers are not answered,

My wishes are delayed

Why are you never fined,

Though you are always late.

I call,  I mail,

Prayers & complain.

You don't hear

What ever I say.

Think,  I should give you "C"

in your performance bond,

Only after that,

 You will learn to respond.
