Tribute to the Moon
The silent judge who listens to every matter people report to it through their thoughts when they gaze at it,
It's glow overshadows the stars,
It rules the night humbly,
Sometimes it's present,
Sometimes it's not,
Sometimes it comes in its full glory
Sometimes it's half,
It smiles at people's thoughts,
As they look at it,
Some people find solace in it,
Giving them hope when they have none,
Because it listens to them when no one does,
It's light brightens up the earth at night,
Enabling young ones to play outside,
Then quietly and with absolute peace,
It goes to sleep.
