Deceit Most Foul
You know my story or how it’s been told,
Lost boys and pixie fairies tell it well,
Old man with a hook and a heart stone cold,
What pray is the tale I have yet to tell,
Once upon a time I was just a boy,
Not the man you see before you today,
Aboard a lone ship without any joy,
Hoping for a friend to join me in play,
And there came along a fellow in green,
From a far off place called by neverland,
He bade me go with him to meet his queen,
I flew with him there whilst he held my hand,
Who met me there but a crocodile,
Not the fair lady I thought I would meet,
Deception by Pan has taken my smile,
Tis’ now my journey to bring him defeat,
The tale you know now comes into picture,
Mates trapped in an everlong game of tag,
I intend to gift him with a ricture,
A gaping hole from my hook will I brag,
Children fear the very sound of my name,
But this condition was not my doing,
Pan by himself began this deadly game,
Now watch the skies cause’ a storm is brewing,
The lost boys should forever take cover,
And the pixie she best stay far away,
Above the Jolly Roger does hover,
Waiting for the one that did dare betray,
Ever he goes I’ll be waiting, beware,
By taking my hand now death shall he wear.
