The Parasite

The parasite -

that voice hijacking everyone's mind

insisting

that nothing is good,

more is always better,

craving is always good,

and stillness is never better

This parasite, this horcrux

immortalizing the cancerous evil

plaguing this otherwise perfect planet,

is the ultimate enemy,

ultimate challenge,

and ultimate opportunity

This evil roaming in my head

will be destroyed soon -

destroyed by divine, purifying Fire of healing and transformation,

love and light

This evil parasite is but a bug in my computer system

And soon the bug will be no more

in my head, in anyone's head

Evil, like smallpox and other diseases,

will soon die

for good.
