Whiskers...the not so scaredy Cat.
Whiskers: Meow. Meoow.
The Witch of Oryin: Come on Whiskers. It's past your bedtime.
Later in the night....a thunderstorm starts raging outside. The Witch of Oryin is fast asleep, but not Whiskers.
Whiskers trots away from Camilla's, the Witch of Oryin, room. She dashes into the portion room.
There Whiskers hears a voice calling to her....
Eldridge: Whiskers? Ah, Whiskers. You made it. Glad to have some company tonight. Especially during this crazy weather.
Whiskers looks into the grand mirror on the wall. She faces the wandering soul that has found it's way into Camilla's home. Whiskers isn't worried about Eldridge. She's not an evil phantom or ghost.
Eldridge was an ancient ghost that lived in the mirror that Camilla received from her Great-Aunt Grizzlie. Eldridge didn't make any contact with Camilla at all, or try to make her presence known to her. But her cat, Whiskers, was able to see her quite clearly. Eldridge had someone or rather a friendly cat to talk to. Most of her ghost friends had all left to haunt mansions and others were at Ghost Academy- a highly leading ghost training in frightening & a few other scare tactics. Eldridge on the other hand, felt like she didn't need to scare anyone. She would rather have fun talking to Whiskers.
Whiskers purred as Eldridge floated around in the mirror world. She hadn't found a way to phase out from her current housing place. She hoped that maybe someone would help her figure it all out.
Camilla woke up startled. She had a bad dream that Whiskers had been taken away into the ghost dimension.
She looked around the room, there was no sign of her cat. Where could Whiskers be? This was really strange? Whiskers always slept throughout the night time.
The Witch of Oryin tip-toed across her room and walked towards the lit portion room. Did she leave the light on? Maybe. It's not like there was a ghost lurking around and messing with her mind.
When she arrived in the portion room, she was surprised to find Whiskers near the mirror on the wall. It looked like her cat was playing or focusing on someone. Camilla looked in the mirror and couldn't see a thing.
She carried her cat and turned off the light in the portion room. Then she was back in her bed. She made sure to close the door of her room, right before she got into bed.
As for Eldridge, she was now free from being in the mirror for a really long time. She only hoped that Camilla wouldn't figure out that Whiskers was now under Eldridge's control.
