Shoreline
In the beginning there was #silence
The mist rose from like a mantra of the #earth
Down in the deep, a ship suspends
Its captain disgruntled, oblivious of his crew’s bland ambition
The #sailors sorrowful as razzmatazz escalates
No land in sight, no hope for the #blind
Then she shines her light
Her single mind pierces through the clouds medium
In the night of #hopelessness, they took a chance on #life for a last time
And broke their sails for the shore
The focus was impeccable, a dreaded apogee
For just across the #shoreline
A #mermaid lies
Her breasts, a savoring well worth succor
Her hands, muddy from two seasons and a half
Her countenance as silent as in the beginning
And she waits as the ship’s anchor cleave to the shoreline
Ecstasy finds #expression in the sand from wallow times to purposeful divine
Wilt your waist and flick your wrist for debris to free you
Dock on this shoreline
For she waits and marinates in silence
For her mind to purge this boredom
You have to come
But she has a second face
And every sailor that stepped on the shoreline, she swallowed up
Down to SELAH.
