What about love?
Love.
Today when someone says love, all anyone thinks about is stolen kisses and romantic dates. What about all the other loves that go so unappreciated.
What about a mother working two full time jobs to support the children that she would give anything for?
What about the sibling who stands up for their little brother or sister when the big kid picks on them?
What about the grandmother who cleans all day and cooks all evening to make the rest of her family happy?
What about the best friend that gave up their night out to comfort their heartbroken best friend?
What about the stranger who saw someone alone, and reached out, even though they got nothing out of it?
What about that teenager who is stuggling with their life but can still see the beauty in the strength that they continously have?
What about all those loves that aren't physical, and aren't about how someone looks? What about the love that is never noticed under the shadow of romantic love?
To all those out there who are not in a romantic relationship and feel unloved because of it: you are loved, do not let society's veiw of what love is make you feel like you don't have it.
