Challenge
Give me some beauty and love. Give me a poem to sing of my love and my passion.
Butterfly
A catterpillar once was I
Small, hidden under the shadowy paths
Crawling and wandering for a safe ground
To which nobody dare me to be found
But as I grew, weary and questioned things around me
I couldn't help but wonder with everything I see
I kept on staring up in the sky
Dreaming about how'd it be nice to fly
So i weaved my way and made a home
To which I call my humble cocoon
It helped me mold and be groomed
Before i try to meander the world
It wasn't easy to stay inside
While children tried to poke and fiddle with me
But I made sure that whatever what happens
I will not give up and hoped for the best
And now I'm ready to conquer the world
A beautiful butterfly I've grown to be
To float to fly to soar to glide
And spread my wings wide like I should be
