OPTIONS

If you’ve changed your mind about wanting to be with me, I suppose I have two choices.

ONE.

I can lie in my bed for an undetermined period of time, listening to sad love songs, because depression leaves me immobile and unable to focus on anything in print, or....

TWO.

I can thank your sorry ass for being honest an move on to greener pastures.

If I believe I do not have a choice in this matter, and or I decide to choose option ONE, than I have allowed you to change my mind about believing in myself, which is also a choice; a choice I will not choose.
