The man devining: Superman
And the crowd watched in awe as the man of Tomorrow struggled with all his might to bring Lois back to life. He flexed his will to his hands summowning the strength of Nil. And although her body lay dormant all his muscle and power could not uplift the weight that is death.
”It’s over. Superman,” said Jimmy Olsen removing his Bow tie in respect and dropping it to the ground.
”NO!” Superman yelled clutching her in his breast. His eyes burned white and bared his teeth as an angry dog.
”It won Superman.” Advised Luthor bowing his head. “In the end death always wins. Even it’s too heavy for you to move.” Superman closed his eyes cursing the very existence he knew. He wished he could give himself to her, and all that was his power to the fleshy shell in his arms.
”No. I refuse to loose. Loise...she won’t go. Not now.“ Said Superman beginning to tear up.
”Then when? When you say so? You must think yourself above it all. You must think yourself a God.” Luther scoffed but he knew he had given him the idea he never wanted his enemy to submit to. He wore a worried look on his face in stupidity.
”I am what I need to be. And if needed that’s what i’ll be. A god. A better one. And I’ll make remake everything in 3 days in the image of tomorrow.” The crowd gasped.
