Unbeknownst to Mr. Edfiu

His ex~fiancé wasn’t glad ’bout

The way things had come to an end

She called her voodoo priestess, Chemwanzi, who worked her dark magic...

Mr. Edfiu, had completed his work-

And was driving back to the hotel.

When he glanced in all the car mirrors, he spotted a set of blazing eyes.

This made him to jerk his car, it started to slide on the road.

He slammed on his brakes

The car came to an abrupt halt...

He thought he had seen a person crossing the road,

His vision was failing him.

He got back in the car

& noticed the windows~

A sheet of ice, spread all across the windows. The car felt like the Antarctic, below zero.

He started to tremble from the coldness, the car froze up with each passing moment. Mr. Edfiu tried his best to not rush on the road. Then when he looked to the passenger seat- what he had been seeing was now seated right beside him.

He lost control of the car, and was off the road. Went over the side, and into a ditch. He woke up after a long while, dazed. But~ he wasn’t in his car anymore, or his own body. The thing he saw had taken over his body. And it smiled at him. Then vanished. He only heard a trail of laughter, the cackle soon faded once he, too, started to disappear.

Mr. Edfiu heard a voice calling him. It sounded like his ex-fiancé. He knew she was capable of doing anything. Now this current state of his, he failed to even believe just happened. All because she couldn’t handle a break-up. Well, he had cheated on her, as well. If only he had come clean, and not tried to have her taken care of—maybe he would still be alive. It was too late to apologize! His ex smiled and clapped her hands. Mr. Edfiu had toyed with her emotions, heart and life. Now, she was glad that he had paid the price. She should have tried to forgive him. But the flames of her anger had been brought to life, and once started they were hard to extinguish.
