When you walk up to the plate

Be brave, and don't let fear get to you.

The ball will come fast, slow or curve.

Watch the ball, and don't look away.

If you keep your eyes on the ball.

And concentrate, think positive.

Don't think you can't hit,

Because if you think like that, you will never hit.

But if you get hit be brave,

Don't let the pain get to you.

Get up and walk to the base,

Just shake it off and play.

Also, the most important rule is, have fun.
