She lay flat on the ground, the creature continued staring at her. Lorelei stretched her arms~ trying to reach for the stars. Suddenly, she felt a surge of pain course through her body. Her hands fell to on her chest, in a crossed position. She felt like at that very second, her soul was leaving her.
Lorelei took a steady— deep- breath. Then she felt a tingling sensation. It swept over her whole body. The only thing she thought would work was to shut her eyes. She did so & drifted into another place. When she opened her eyes, she was surrounded by a dark space. Lorelei then heard something call to her. She followed the sound of the unfamiliar voice...
