Challenge
Saint Patty’s Day, March 17th … tis when everyone becomes Irish for one day. Shamrocks, green beer, four-leaf clovers, Irish music and dancing and of course Leprechauns. Write something about St Patty’s day. Can be a short story, up to 150 words, poem, prose or limerick (5 lines) … bring on the Irish smile will ye all ye lads and lassies?

The true spirit
Tis the one time of year,
when being a wee potato farmer in Ireland
isn't so bad.
Besides, we get to drink.
