1. Main Characters

Summer Rayne- Human sister to Autumn and Wynter, soul mate to Darius.

Autumn Rayne- Human sister to Summer and Wynter, soul mate to Xeres.

Wynter Rayne- Human sister to Summer and Autumn, soul mate to Cambyses.

Darius - Vampire Prince heir to the throne of the Vampire race and CEO of Storm Corp, soul mate to Summer Rayne, oldest brother to Xeres and Cambyses.

Xerxes- Vampire prince, Vice president of Storm Corp, soul mate to Autumn Rayne, and middle brother of Darius and Cambyses.

Cambyses- Vampire prince, Design Leader for all of Storm Corps technology, soul mate to Wynter Rayne and the youngest brother of Darius and Xeres.

Aref-Lead Enforcer for Vampire the army, Cousin to the Storm brothers, Twin to Talon.

Artay- Lead Enforcer for Vampire the army, Cousin to the Storm brothers, and Twin to Gabriel.

King Cyrus - Vampire King, Father to the Storm brothers and Ruler of the entire Vampire race, soul mate to Queen Alcina.

Queen Amireh Vampire Queen, Mother to the Storm brothers, rules by her soul mates side King Cadums, and the most powerful sorceress in the Vampire race.

Dr. Sergio Storm- Human Scientist, adopted son of the King and Queen, parents killed in a fight when he was an infant and he was found by the Queen who took him in and raised him as her own.

1. Background

The Rayne sisters are three women who are identical triplets who are very close and do just about everything together. Each born a minute apart from the others the girls have been close their entire lives. They are all 5’ 5’s tall and have the exact same arctic blue eyes, long waist length platinum blonde hair, curves in all the right places and smiles that make the hardest hearts melt on sight. Each woman is funny, extremely intelligent, loving, caring, giving people and they are all single. The Storm brothers are three brothers who run the biggest computer corporation in the world. They all stand an impressive 6’7 ins tall Darius is the oldest brother, with jet black hair that he grows to his shoulders, regardless of what’s considered conventional, muscular, highly intelligent, active, funny and loyal. Xerxes is the middle brother, he also does as he sees fit and wears his honey blond hair to his shoulders, he too works out and works hard in their family company, also he is extremely intelligent, funny, loyal and all about family. Cambyses is the youngest brother but just like his siblings he is very impressive with his shoulder length dirty blond hair, athletic body, great mind, and eyes that all the brothers share, are the color of golden brown, that are clearly not human, because one other things the brothers share is they come from the Vampire race. Aref and Artay are identical twin brothers who not only look exactly alike but they also share a mind link that allows them to communicate without speaking out loud, which comes in very handy in their lives because these two are the head enforcers for the Storm brothers and the rest of the Vampire race, these two men stand 6’7 with jet black hair and jet black eyes. They lead and train all the males who become enforcers for their race. As Vampires their eyes set them apart from the rest of their race because their eyes are not only black but when they are using their powers stars form in their eyes. They are also cousins to the Storm brothers who are not only leaders in the business world, they are part of the royal family, and they are the princes, of their race. Their father King Cyrus and their mother Queen Amireh have been soul mated for centuries and they adore their children as nothing else. The King who is 7’0 tall, is also muscular in build, very kind and funny, extremely intelligent and a very strong and a powerful leader of his race. The Queen, stands 5’11 tall, has beautiful long hair that trails to her feet, eyes the color of emeralds, hair the color of wheat, and a heart as pure as can be. She is also very powerful in her own right having been born of a very magical family and being gifted as the most powerful sorceress ever born, but still she is as gentle as the wind. And like the wind if she feels her family or race are in danger she can become forceful and just as dangerous as her husband. The King has power inherited from the male line in his family each male born with his own unique powers as well the powers passed to them just before their fathers pass away. The King has just done something never before done in their history he has called a meeting of the leaders of all the none human races to figure out how to help mankind who has been hit with a plague never seen before and has already caused the deaths of millions of humans over the last year alone. This disease has been so vicious it’s caused the leaders around the world to call a cease fire and trying to gather all the knowledge they can to work together to save the human race.

Background of the Rayne sisters

Three identical sisters born to a Military father who ran his home like a tyrant and was very controlling and abusive to their mother. Their father stands 6’4 ins. and his built like a bodybuilding monster. Their mother whom they take after, stands only 5’7’s tall and had been mistaken as the girl’s older sister when they were growing up. She is always a very loving mother and wife and is use to her husband’s dominating ways to the point of being immune to his rage. The family moved around the world a lot due to their father’s career in the Marine core and finally settled down the year the great plague struck the human race. The girls are very close and after graduating from college they each were hired on to work for Storm Corp. Because of their fathers controlling ways they each have vowed to never get involved with Alpha males. Each girl is highly intelligent and they have always excelled in all that they do it’s why they were hired in different departments of the Company. They just started at the company and are excited about the one of kind opportunity to work for such a global giant. Summer has been hired to be the Liaison of international affairs to the CEO Darius. Autumn was hired on as Executive Assistant to Xerxes and Wynter was hired on as a computer programmer and designer in Cambyses department.

2. Background of the Storm family. The Storm brothers Darius, Xerxes and Cambyses are the sons of King Cyrus and Queen Amireh rulers of the entire race of Vampires. Darius the first born, is the heir to the thrown as well as the CEO of the families company. He is also one of the most lethal vampires on the planet. Darius has lived his whole life knowing it is his job to make sure that he protects his people from all enemies. With the new and very tentative peace accord between the vampires, werewolves and dragon shifters, it is now Darius’s job to make sure that not only does peace last between the races but that the human race does not learn the secrets that have protected his people for millennia. Xerxes the middle brother has always followed his brother and respected his lead in all things and this peace agreement is just one more example of why he follows him without question. He knows how important it is to protect his people and will do whatever is asked of him to make sure that happens Xerxes has a gift with dealing with people that has made him the face of his people when dealing with the human race. Cambyses, the youngest and most daring of the brothers, is easily underestimated by others as not having a care in the world and that is where people make their first mistake when dealing with him. Cambyses can be the most cunning and ruthless of them all simply because he is far removed from the thrown and can make moves that not being next in line for the thrown makes easy to do.

(2) Background of the Vampire Race: The truth about where vampires come from is something that no one knows outside of the vampire community. Vampires are the off spring from the joining of a Vamp’yre and human. You long before there was life on earth, there was a planet called Vamp’yre. The planet was inhabited by a very powerful and immortal race called Vampires. The vampire race was highly advanced in all things including technology as well as having gifts that made them a very sought after people. Vampires were all immortal, and as a people they were extremely intelligent as well as beautiful in every way. And because of their knowledge and beauty others wanted to either befriend them or steal what they had. So after centuries of having others seek out their people the King of the Vamp’yre decided that he needed to find a place that was uninhabited where he could create a safe haven for his people should they ever have need to leave their home. Over time he looked for many places and then he discovered earth. At the time because it was still in its infancy the King choose this planet and went about setting a secret base here on earth where he sent some of his most gifted scientist, architects, planetary specialist and a small army to watch over them as they set about creating a new world for their people. While studying the planet up close scientist came across another living being on the planet, humans. At first they were not worried by the fact that the planet was indeed occupied because of far more advanced they were but when they realized how fast humans could procreate that’s when they were forced to take their findings to their King. Upon learning that there was not only life on the planet but that they withheld the news the King was very angry but it was too late to turn back because their enemies were starting to get more and more brazen and was willing to kill to get what they wanted, so the King needed a place for his people and needed it quickly. Realizing they would be sharing the planet with humans their people decided they could live on earth but would now create a shield that would make their world unable to be seen by humans and would allow them to live among us freely. At first everything was wonderful until the King decided to go out hunting and came across a beautiful young woman singing in the woods. She had beautiful jet black hair and eyes the color of a clear blue sky and her voice, well her voice was not like anything the King had ever heard before and before he knew what he was doing he allowed himself to be visible to her. At first the young girl was frightened since he didn’t look like any man she had seen before, you see he was tall very tall, almost 6 and half feet tall, his eyes were like gold, his hair was white as fresh snow and his body was like no other she had seen. The King introduced himself to the young girl calling himself Cyrus. The young girl was in aww of Cyrus and immediately told him her name Aara. If ever there was a such thing as love at first site then these two had it, because they immediately decided then and there that they would see each other every chance they got. At first it was easy for them you see, he never told her who he really was and neither did she, for Aara wasn’t just any girl she was the only daughter of a human King. So for a long time the two would meet up in the woods and she would sing for him and he would tell her wonderful stories of other worlds and all their wonder. For her they were fantastic fantasies created by her beloved Cyrus to enchant her and to him they were stories of his life before coming to live on earth. So every day for over a year they met in secret sharing stories, songs and their love until one day there was a terrible accident and Aara was hurt while they played a game of chase through the woods. She slipped and fell into the river and by the time he was able to save her she was near death. Having fallen so much in love with her Cyrus could see no other way to save her except to take her to the healers of his people and let them save her no matter the cost. When the King came rushing to the palace with the young girl at first the doctors were in shock since they knew they were never to interact with the humans, but as King he could whatever he pleased and so they did all they could to try and save her. Unfortunately because they weren’t familiar with humans they couldn’t figure out how to save her, you see when she fell in the river she hit her head on a boulder and that caused her to loose a lot of blood and they had no idea how to replace hers. Immediately one of the doctors decided that if they were going to save her life they needed to give her their blood to see if it would work. At first the others thought to argue that was too risky since they had no idea what the effects would be to her but the King in his grief agreed to allow the doctor to try, but the King insisted on using his blood to save his love. After giving the Kings blood to Aara they waited to see what would happen. It took two days before she would open her eyes and when she did Cyrus was happy she was alive he decided to tell her who he was and all about his people. At first Aara thought it was another one of his stories until he showed her some of the gifts his people had. At first Aara was scared when she learned that Cyrus was not from earth but after a time she realized that no matter what she loved him and wanted to be with him. So the King decided to ask Aara to be his Queen, Aara agreed but only if he would meet her father and let her say goodbye to people before she became a part of his world for good. Cyrus agreed and they set off to take her home to meet her father. After Aara had been missing for two days her father was grief stricken when his search party came across the blood on the rocks by the river and they assumed she had been swept away in the currents and lost to him forever, so when King Cyrus and Aara along with some of his royal protectors arrived at Aara’s home, her father was thrilled she was alive and safe and was even more excited to know she had been saved by a King no less and that this same King wanted her hand in marriage. Of course her father agreed to this because he was so grateful to the King for saving his child. Aara and Cyrus chose to tell her father that the Kings lands were far away so she would not see him often, but the King felt it was all worth it to have her alive. The King asked that they have their wedding in his castle since he would probably would not be seeing his daughter again and they both agreed. After the ceremony Aara and Cyrus bid their farewells and headed back to Cyrus’s home. Once there the two settle into a life of bliss and Aara learned all the secrets of his people. One day Aara discovered she was with child and her and Cyrus as well as the people were overjoyed. You see, because they are immortal having children is a rare and precious gift and because she was human no one thought she could every carry a child for their King. As time passed Aara and Cyrus noticed certain changes with Aara, such as she learned to speak telepathically and she was stronger, faster and growing more and more beautiful with each passing day. Then the day finally came when Aara gave birth to the prince, her labor was hard on her small body and doctors feared she would not survive birthing a Vampire baby, because she was small and Vampire babies can very large. After days of intense labor Aara gave birth to a beautiful baby boy and heir to the throne. But shortly after his birth Aara fell into a deep coma. Fearing she was dead the King was devastated. After a few days the doctors were baffled as to why she wasn’t awake, and then on the fourth day of her coma her heart stopped. In fact her heart, lungs and all of her bodily functions stopped all together. The doctors started rushing around the King was just plain in shock and in the midst of all the chaos Aara opened her eyes and took her first breath as a full blooded Vampire Queen. It seems that the transition started when they gave her a blood transfusion to save her life and then by conceiving his heir that sped up the change and her body could not complete the change until after she gave birth because it needed to shut her organs down to complete the transition. As time went on the Vampire race thrived and the King and Queen were very happy, until the day when one of the males decided he wanted a mate after centuries alone tried to turn a human female. Because he was so careless and allowed himself to be seen by humans, in his quest to find a mate, the myth of vampires was born. It also made the vampires discover a strange fact. If the human they turn is not a true soul mate then they will kill them with their blood, forcing the King to decree that any vampire trying to turn a human without proof that they are soul mates will be put to death. And from that moment forward the vampires chose to live among humans but always in the shadows in case they came across their soul mates. So here’s where we start the story of how the human race finally came to live openly with Vampires.
