Purpose
The unique orange,
I wanted to be just like her
But you must bloom just as bright,
To become her, is a beautiful delight.
I know, I know I’m a red spotted cauliflower
How dare I think I was right.
Suddenly rushing for answers, a melting bright yellow tree has one last thing to say.
“Hello Mrs. Cauliflower, thank you for coming my way!”
Through the yellow drippings of her leaves, a yellow-red cauliflower believes;
“I wasn’t born orange, but born with many things: love, hope, and ambition,
Could forever accomplish my dreams.
Too often I forget that I'm just a bright and bitter orange, cause instead, you make me feel like outraging fire in your hands ready for the coldness of the world.
