How do you quiet your soul sometimes?
Blank
My mind is blank.
Thoughts fight for my attention,
But I ignore them.
For this is my time.
My 10 minutes.
That's all I need.
Ten-Nine-Eight-Seven-Six-Five-
As the time passes,
I breathe.
In.
Out.
In.
Out.
I focus on nothing.
The nothingness surrounds me.
I repeat "agape"
I breathe through it.
"Ah-gah-pay"
I center myself.
Focusing on the vastness
that engulfs me.
Only when you lose yourself
Can you find your center.
Meditation shields the thoughts
And focuses the mind and body.
Four-Three-
Just breathe.
Our time is almost done.
But now, I'm ready to face the world.
For I am centered.
