Aspirations

I want to work a job that has high pay for that reason. When I tell people that, they think me greedy. They tell me I should work for my passion, do something I love, money doesn’t buy happiness. I wish they would understand:

My passions disappeared with my ability to love.

I want to use my money to make other people happy because that is the closest thing to happiness I’ll ever get.

Maybe next time you think someone selfish because they work for money. Maybe they nothing else in life, nothing, to work for.

So maybe you shouldn’t judge a song by its opening line.
