Running
I was always running
Running, running
My favorite hobby;
I was running when I saw your eyes
I had to fight the urge
That little voice
Constantly jelling at me
“Run, run!!”
But those ocean eyes
Kept calling me,
They were like mermaids
Pulling me to cliffs
Your body was my quicksand,
I tried to run away
But always find my head
Just above the sand
Run, run
My legs seemed to get up
My legs seemed to give up
My legs walked right in your arms
