Want To Stare

I don’t know why I’m doing,

But I still keep staring,

My eyes fixed on his face,

As he speaks and acts in grace,

The amusing movements he makes,

At his usual jubilant state,

I’m not in love for sure,

Yet I want to look more,

I’m also thinking as I stare,

Some random thoughts I don’t care,

And I stay,

Even after he goes away,

As my eyes catches another victim,

Whose features contradict the one before him,

I can extract a lot of info from someone,

Until and unless they don’t turn,

I have this emotion to just want to stare,

People usually don’t like this, I’m aware,

Yet I still do it, even if they gnarly glare.
