Why must we hide

A love this deep

Can't we be by each others side

Seperating out hands

As we walk on the street

The looks of people

our society

They make me unhappy

Can't they let us be

Why must they be so nosy

Can't we kiss each other

Be happily with one another

What do we miss

Why must we hide

What do we feel on the inside

Does religion explain it

Does the hate of the unkown

Or just how were they raised

All of what they ever known

That's why

Out love can't be shown
