An Ode to Planet Earth
Bringing the world to its knees
Should not be as easy as it seems.
One wrong comment
Or earth-shattering tragedy
Will put us all on edge.
The world will be underwater soon
But we will look outside
And sip through our metal straws
And call it saved.
