Hiding in Plain Sight

As a trained nurse, it is my nature to save lives, not take them. However, if I were a serial killer working in the medical profession, I would take advantage of a unique opportunity the year 2020 has provided - the COVID-19 pandemic. While the days of Arsenic and Old Lace are long behind us, tampering with the COVID-19 vaccine is a brand new opportunity. I would choose a facility where many medical professionals had access to the vaccine, and I would make sure compromise enough of the supply so that people weren't dying solely on my watch. That way, everyone is a suspect, and the game can go on for a longer period of time.
