Extremely shy
(This chapter is such an absolute mess.... I fixed it a bit, but its still pretty bad.)
Chapter three
Tamaki heard commotion when he came back a few minutes later, wearing his spare coat.
“Give it back! Please!” Tamaki started running at the sound of Elizabeth's distressed voice. “Only if you give me all your notes, nerd!” Tamaki saw a random large male holding up a bag, which was presumably Elizabeth's, and holding her back with his other hand on her face.
“Are you really gonna make me do this?” She asked, voice strangely steeled.
“Oh-ho yeah. And you can't stop me, nerd!” the jerk grinned.
“I didn't mean that,” she said, and glared, making eye contact.
“Wha-what are you doing?! Why is my arm moving?!” the boy asked, before his eyes widened. “Y-your lips a-aren't m-m-moving! H-how can I-I-I hear Y-you?!” The jerk panicked.
“D-doesn't really m-matter,” she said shakily, plucking bag from his hand. “P-point is, you c-can't have my notes. I g-get my good g-grades t-through hard work, studying, and intellect, s-something you seem to lack,” she insulted, even through her hands were shaking. She seemed really upset to Tamaki.
“I-I-I'm so so so s-sorry... I promised I would n-n-never... I-I-I p-promised... w-what have I done?!” she said, pressing one hand to her mouth, and staring at her other. Tamaki and the bully stared in astoundment as she started crying. “I p-promised I w-wouldn't u-u-use my m-mental q-q-quirk, a-a-after... what I did t-to m-m-m-mom!” she clutched her hair, and fell to the ground, sobbing.
The bully ran off, and Tamaki noticed why. He could see everything not nailed down starting to float, and cracks where starting to snake up the glass of the windows. Her quirk...It's crazy powerful. And... she has more then one?Amajiki thought as he ran towards her.
“N-Nott-San, y-you have to clam down!”He exclaimed, kneeling down beside her. “You're gonna break all the windows!”
She looked up with terror. “Oh, no! If I can't calm down, I'm gonna destroy the entire school!” she immediately stood up, and started trying to breathe deeply.
Tamaki thought it was working, but she broke down crying again, and the windows gave a ominous crack.
“I-I c-c-can't!” She cried, “I'm t-too upset, a-and, and the b-b-b-backlash of my quirk is m-making it worse!” Tamaki shook with fear when as she started another round of tears,
and they started floating. “PLEASE, LISTEN TO ME!” she cried out. “Y-YOU H-H-HAVE T-T-T-TO KNOCK M-ME OUT! I'M T-TOO UNSTABLE TO ST-STOP!” Tamaki breathed a sigh of relief as he saw Aizawa round the corner, followed by the students who were managing to handle the fact that everything was floating and cracking. “Y-you h-have to p-punch me! Him erasing my quirk won't fix a-anything!” she said between sobs.
“I'm sorry, though,” Tamaki said, before hitting her in the back of the head.
She was out like a light, and immediately, they fell to the ground.
Takami watched in amazement as the cracks went away, and the walls started to patch up. “Her quirk... It's fixing things on a molecular level...” Tamaki head never heard Aizawa sound so impressed.
“Amajiki-san, who is this?” Aizawa asked, kneeling beside the unconscious girl. “I-I don't really know h-her that well... her n-name is Nott... Me and Togata-kun only met her yesterday...” Tamaki muttered. “Then you and Togata can take her to Recovery Girl, and keep an eye on her. I'm going to look into this girl, to say the least...” Tamaki saw Mirio run through the crowd, and look at the girl on the floor.
“She looks fine,” he noted, picking her up like she was nothing. Actually, considering how small she was, and how muscular Mirio was, she probably was nothing.
“I'm more concerned about her mental state, then anything. While she was crying, she said it was a backlash of her mental quirk. Maybe her emotions become unstable,” Tamaki said to his friend.
“Wait,” said a familiar voice. Two, actually. First-year students Shoto Todoroki and Izuku Midoriya shoved their way to the front of the crowd.
“Two quirks, like me?” the split boy asked.
“That was insanely powerful, she nearly destroyed the entirety of the U.A. Building! I wanna know more about her quirk. Quirks,” the green-haired boy corrected himself. “We're just taking her to Recovery girl,” Mirio told the boys. “You can come later, it's not like she can really answer your questions right now, anyway,” he chuckled.
Tamaki subconsciously rubbed the fist he had punched Elizabeth with. He hoped she would be okay.
He was a little bit startled when she woke up right as they entered Recovery Girl's office.
