Seasonal Tides
Gently lapping upon happier shores.
Warmer waters reaching frozen cores.
Melting away troubles stuck by natures mother.
It gave us a chance to reflect, God love her.
Life can be renewed from inside.
When we walk across seasonal tides.
Caressing your feet like a much needed blanket.
You've had a stressful morning and can only thank it.
Heated liquid flowing back and forth like a breath.
Soothing every ache till none are left.
Be sure not to let your soul become fried.
As you stroll along seasonal tides.
Leaves as red as their fiery deity.
I listen carefully to what they say to me.
But it is the ocean that has my attention.
Curious of what whisper each wave mentions.
It is a guarantee that your dreams haven't lied.
Rolling within these seasonal tides.
Washed away are the colours of earths canvas.
Gone are the days that once tanned us.
Memories are hidden so it does not know them.
Encased in our hearts as if frozen.
All that was cherished has naturally died.
