Dreamy

The forest is golden and the sun lights up every inch of it. Running through it, a man searches for his girl.

“Where are you now?” He runs towards a bush and pulls away the branches.

“Here I am!”

He turns around at the sound of her voice, but only sees the bushes rustle. Running after her, he laughs heartily. He stops and listens for something to betray her location. A giggle reaches his ears and he breaks through the bushes. He smiles at her and strolls to the middle of the clearing where she is standing.

As he nears her, everything else seems to turn into slow motion, even the leaves that are falling to the ground like flakes of gold. The sun gives her red hair a beautiful shine and she smiles at his awe.

Taking her into his arms, he looks into her beautiful blue orbs that captivates his. He leans over and kisses her gently.

A few seconds pass before she pulls free from his grasp and runs off again.

“Come and catch me!” She taunts him.

He laughs and runs after her again.

It is lovely, but if only it wasn’t all a beautiful dream...
