Petal pulled

"He loves me..."

Petal falls slowly

Another pulled

"He loves me not..."

Another falls softly

Soon no more petals

Leaving the picker sad or happy

Why can't they see

My petals don't answer accurately

Rose

Given through love

Given through sorrow

Smelling like rasberries

Prettiest of all

Sharp at the stem,

Almost everybody loves them

Sunflower

With a bright smile I turn

In your rays I burn

You are my sun, my brightest star

And I wish to stay anywhere you are
