Red Roses.

On my desk sits the roses you gave me,

Everyday they're the first thing I see.

They make me think of you, and every little thing you do.

As a single rose starts to bloom,

We're dancing around the room.

Onto the next, you're sending me the "I love you" text.

Soon all in bloom, as I spray your favorite perfume.

Getting ready for our night, dinner in candle light.

Our favorite night in April, I notice the center piece on our table.

From the first day I entered, you always remembered.

In front of us sits a single red rose, I smile as you hold me close.

Not lavender, lillies, nor a sunflower. You remembered my favorite flower.
