My favorite thing to do on a weekend is hang out. The meaning of " hanging out " for me depends on my mood and/ or feelings. Let's say I got a horrible nights sleep, then my hanging out would mean getting cozied ip on the couch and reading a book. If I did sleep good though, I'm up and ready for whatever happens. Homework, soccer games/ practice, playing with my sister, you name it!!
