Prose Challenge of the Week #13: Write a piece about luck, 20 words minimum for the micropoets, 500 words maximum for the storytellers. The winner will be chosen based on a number of criteria, this includes: fire, form, and creative edge. Number of reads, bookmarks, and shares will also be taken into consideration. Common Luck
In traffic it's tragic,
The crash you drove past,
5 minutes sooner and it would've been your ass,
The store you just left,
Was a victim of theft,
Just a few moments prevented your death,
Through the drivethrough quick,
The burger you missed,
